Mr. Cubitt has held executive and board roles with private and publicly traded companies across Canadian, U.S., and Australian exchanges, with a background in venture capital focused on the natural resource sector. He co-founded investment advisory firms where he managed precious metals and special-situation mining strategies.
Mr. Fabbro brings over 30 years of experience in finance and mining, including senior roles at Yorkton Securities and Canaccord Capital within their natural resources groups. He later served as Lead Director of Roxgold Inc., which was named a TSX Venture 50 company and raised over $60 million in equity financing during his tenure.
Mr. de Jong is a corporate development professional specializing in mergers and acquisitions
involving both private and publicly listed companies. He is a former broker with Canaccord Capital
and Leede Financial, with a strong track record in marketing and transaction execution.
Mr. Guichon is an experienced capital markets professional who began his career at Haywood Securities Inc. in securities and trading operations. For more than a decade, he has acted as an independent broker, advising clients on small-cap investments, portfolio management, and strategic trading.
Mr. Stevens is a CFA Charterholder with over a decade of experience in the capital markets, first as an investment analyst with Salman Partners Inc., and subsequently as a merchant and investment banker. Mr. Stevens was also a portfolio manager registered with Wolverton Securities Ltd. and, over the course of his career, he has been instrumental in assisting financings, mergers and acquisitions worth over C$1 billion in transactional value.
Ms. McGrath has been actively engaged in the securities industry for over 35 years, specializing in corporate governance and compliance for publicly traded issuers listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and the Canadian Securities Exchange. Since 2001, she has served as a professional Corporate Secretary, providing corporate and securities support services to a variety of publicly listed Canadian companies. Prior to becoming self-employed, Ms. McGrath was a senior paralegal with a Vancouver-based securities law firm.
Mr. Bojtos (P.Eng.) brings more than 50 years of international mining experience spanning exploration, project evaluation, feasibility studies, mine construction, operations and mine closure. During his career, he held senior management positions with Kerr Addison Mines Ltd., a Noranda Group company, and later served as President and Chief Executive Officer of several mining companies involved in the acquisition, development and operation of precious and base metal mines.
Mr. Bojtos has participated in the financing, development, construction or restart of 19 mines and has been involved in the operation of 24 producing mines worldwide. He has also completed approximately 20 significant corporate acquisitions, mergers and divestitures involving 24 operating mines and has evaluated mining projects in roughly 80 countries. Over the past 30 years, he has held directorships and advisory roles with numerous mining companies listed in Canada, the United States, Australia and Europe.
Mr. Adair will initially support the design and execution of the Company’s Phase 1 exploration program at the Golden Ridge gold project in western New Brunswick, planned for fall 2026. The program will include fieldwork and airborne geophysical surveys designed to define drill targets, test the extent of known mineralized structures, identify new centres of mineralization along prospective structures, and confirm historical gold results.
Mr. Adair is a New Brunswick–based professional geologist with a distinguished track record in mineral exploration, discovery and project development. In 2017, he joined Osisko Metals as Vice-President, Exploration, overseeing technical programs in the Bathurst Mining Camp and at the Pine Point zinc-lead project in the Northwest Territories.
More recently, he served as Vice-President, Exploration of Pine Point Mining Limited, a joint venture between Osisko Metals and Appian Natural Resources Fund III.
Prior to this, he spent much of his career with Noranda/Falconbridge, where he held several senior positions, including Senior Manager of both the base metals and nickel exploration groups. During 11 years in New Brunswick’s Bathurst Mining Camp, he contributed to several significant discoveries that subsequently advanced into production.
Mr. Adair was also a key member of the team responsible for the discovery and development of the Bracemac-McLeod zinc-copper mine in Quebec’s Matagami Mining Camp.
Mr. Adair holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in geology from the University of Alberta and is a registered professional geologist in New Brunswick.
