ProAm Appoints Technical Director of New Brunswick Operations

Vancouver, British Columbia, August 18, 2026 – ProAm Explorations Corp. ("ProAm" or the "Company") (TSX-V: PMX) is pleased to announce the appointment of Robin Adair as Technical Director of its New Brunswick operations.

“We are delighted to welcome Robin to ProAm,” said Jason Cubitt, Chief Executive Officer of ProAm. “Through his senior roles with Osisko Metals and Noranda/Falconbridge, Robin has built an outstanding record of discovery and project advancement. His extensive knowledge of New Brunswick’s geology, strategic perspective and strong relationships across the province’s exploration

community make him an exceptional addition to our team. His leadership will be invaluable as we advance our New Brunswick operations and pursue new opportunities throughout the region.”

Mr. Adair will initially support the design and execution of the Company’s Phase 1 exploration program at the Golden Ridge gold project in western New Brunswick, planned for fall 2026. The program will include fieldwork and airborne geophysical surveys designed to define drill targets, test the extent of known mineralized structures, identify new centres of mineralization along prospective

structures, and confirm historical gold results.

Mr. Adair is a New Brunswick–based professional geologist with a distinguished track record in mineral exploration, discovery and project development. In 2017, he joined Osisko Metals as Vice-President, Exploration, overseeing technical programs in the Bathurst Mining Camp and at the Pine Point zinc-lead project in the Northwest Territories. More recently, he served as Vice-President, Exploration of Pine Point Mining Limited, a joint venture between Osisko Metals and Appian Natural Resources Fund III.

Prior to this, he spent much of his career with Noranda/Falconbridge, where he held several senior positions, including Senior Manager of both the base metals and nickel exploration groups. During 11 years in New Brunswick’s Bathurst Mining Camp, he contributed to several significant discoveries that subsequently advanced into production.

Mr. Adair was also a key member of the team responsible for the discovery and development of the Bracemac-McLeod zinc-copper mine in Quebec’s Matagami Mining Camp.

Mr. Adair holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in geology from the University of Alberta and is a registered professional geologist in New Brunswick.
