ProAm Adds New Target to Golden Ridge Project, New Brunswick

Vancouver, British Columbia June 19, 2026 – ProAm Explorations Corporation (the “Company” or “ProAm”) (TSXV:PMX) is pleased to announce that it has staked additional claims adjoining its 100%-optioned Golden Ridge Gold Project in western New Brunswick following the completion of a comprehensive  structural and geophysical review by Terrane Geoscience.

"Adding these claims to Golden Ridge reflects our disciplined approach to reactivating the project," said Jason Cubitt, Chief Executive Officer of ProAm Explorations. "While we remain focused on expanding the known gold mineralization at Poplar Mountain, we are encouraged by the emergence of additional targets elsewhere on the property. The newly staked area exhibits

characteristics similar to those associated with the existing gold system and reinforces our belief that Golden Ridge has the potential to host multiple mineralized zones."

The newly acquired claims cover 269 hectares immediately north of the existing property and increased the total size of the Golden Ridge Gold Project to 3,527 hectares. The claims were staked to secure a newly recognized target identified through Terrane's reinterpretation and integration of historical exploration data dating back to 1994.

The target is associated with a large magnetic feature and a nearby northeast-southwest fault structure approximately one kilometre in length. Historical work by Aerodat Limited identified the target as a potential analogue to the geophysical setting associated with known gold mineralization at Golden Ridge. The target was never subjected to follow-up exploration.

Terrane's review combined airborne geophysical surveys, historical exploration results and regional structural interpretations to identify prospective areas beyond the known Poplar Mountain mineralized zone. The Company believes the results support the district-scale potential of Golden Ridge and have generated a pipeline of additional exploration targets

.

The Company plans to incorporate the results of the Terrane review into the design of future exploration programs aimed at evaluating both the Poplar Mountain area and these newly identified targets.
