ProAm Engages SWH Digital for Investor Relations

Vancouver, British Columbia, June 5, 2026 – ProAm Explorations Corporation (“ProAm” or “the Company”) (TSX-V: PMX) is pleased to announce that it has engaged SWH Digital (“SWH”) to provide investor relations services to the Company. SWH will assist ProAm in building the necessary infrastructure to further enhance the reach, visibility, and relevance of ProAm’s corporate communications, including social media management, content creation, distribution, digital marketing, digital advertising, and other marketing services which support investor awareness.

Jason Cubitt, ProAm’s Chief Executive Officer, commented, “As we continue to generate news flow and advance exploration activities, we want to ensure investors have greater access to timely, accurate, and engaging information. We look forward to working with SWH Digital to broaden our reach and strengthen our communication with existing and prospective shareholders.”

SWH will produce content which will be distributed directly and indirectly via news portals, search engines, and AI-supported platforms and newsletters, increasing the accessibility of ProAm’s information for investors. SWH principally operates out of Hong Kong.

Terms: $10,000 is payable upon execution of the agreement with SWH (the “Agreement”), with a further $10,000 payable within forty-five (45) days of execution. The balance of $120,000, plus applicable taxes, is payable upon the closing of ProAm’s next financing, whether by way of private placement, public offering, debt issuance, or other capital raise, or by mutual written agreement of the parties at an earlier date. The Agreement commenced on June 1, 2026 and shall conclude sixty (60) days following the closing of the referenced financing unless extended by mutual agreement.

SWH and the Company are arm’s length parties. There are no performance factors contained in the Agreement, and SWH will not receive any common shares or options of the Company as compensation. At the time of executing the Agreement, neither SWH nor any of its principals had any interest, directly or indirectly, in the securities of the Company. The services to be provided under the Agreement may be considered investor relations activities under the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange and therefore may be subject to TSXV acceptance.
