ProAm Advances Targeting at Golden Ridge, Highlights Growth Potential

Vancouver, British Columbia, May 5, 2026 – ProAm Explorations Corporation (“ProAm” or “the Corporation”) (TSX.V:PMX) is pleased to report strong progress from ongoing data analysis at its Golden Ridge Project in western New Brunswick.

ProAm’s current exploration program is focused on defining the next phase of drilling at Golden Ridge, with clear objectives to:

  • enhance and refine grade distribution within known zones;
  • generate new targets across a broader, underexplored structural corridor;
  • including areas concealed beneath cover; and
  • support a potential update and expansion of the historical resource.

“We are encouraged by the progress at Golden Ridge,” said Jason Cubitt, CEO of ProAm. “Our structural interpretation defines a deformation corridor extending across much of the property that remains largely untested. Orogenic systems like this commonly host multiple zones and can persist to significant depths, underscoring the scale potential both along strike and at depth.”

ProAm has engaged Terrane Geoscience Inc. to complete an integrated structural analysis of the project. This work is refining the Company’s understanding of fault architecture and controls on mineralization through a comprehensive review of historical geochemical, geophysical, and drill data. The study is identifying key data gaps while directly supporting drill targeting and regional exploration planning. Importantly, the interpreted deformation corridor extends approximately 8 kilometres across the property and remains only partially explored—highlighting potential for additional discoveries.

Airborne Survey to Accelerate Target Generation As part of its upcoming summer exploration program, ProAm intends to complete a high-resolution airborne magnetic and electromagnetic (EM) survey covering the deposit area and key structural corridors. The Company has applied for funding under the Government of New Brunswick’s Junior Mining Assistance Program to support this initiative.

The survey is designed to support the generation of high-priority drill targets across the property. Initial objectives include:

  • mapping the depth extent and potential continuity of known mineralized zones;
  • refining structural interpretations, including fault geometries and trends; and
  • identifying additional prospective targets along underexplored structural corridors.
