ProAm Explorations Announces Appointment of Ken Guichon to its Board of Directors

Vancouver, British Columbia, August 21, 2025 – ProAm Explorations Corporation (“ProAm”

or “the Corporation”) (TSX.V:PMX) is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Guichon

to its board of directors.

Kevin is an experienced capital markets professional with a strong foundation in the securities

industry. His career began at Haywood Securities Inc., where he developed a deep understanding of market operations through roles in the securities and trading departments. He later transitioned into an independent broker role where, for over a decade, he advised clients, managed portfolios, and executed strategic trades with a focus on small-cap opportunities and wealth management.

Today, Kevin focuses on investor relations and capital markets consulting for emerging mining

companies, helping them build stronger connections with shareholders, industry  professionals, and strategic investors.
